We are a Brooklyn based Preschool seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support staff members to ensure smooth business / school operations.
One must be
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Experience in event planning is a plus
