Since our launch in 2016, we’ve built on our family's 28-year legacy to create a business that enables customers to schedule laundry pickup and delivery through our intuitive iOS/Android app or website. Job Responsibilities:
- Pickup and Delivery: Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver laundry items to customers within the 610 loop.
- Route Management: Follow daily route schedules and adhere to time windows specified by customers.
- Vehicle Use: Utilize company-provided vehicles for deliveries (valid driver's license required). If you prefer using your own vehicle, we offer gas subsidies.
- Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all customer interactions are positive and professional.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with dispatch and other drivers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of office administration or related work experience.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with background authorization.
- Customer Service: High level of customer service skills.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Enthusiasm and a great work ethic.
