Job Summary:
PMD is a mobile radiology company who provides x-rays, ultrasounds, EKG's and Echocardiograms to healthcare facilities in the Salt Lake and surrounding areas. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Account Manager who can create trusting relationships by being a person accounts know they can rely on to be consistent with communication and help to find solutions.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with nurses and Administrators in healthcare facilities
- Utilize software to share data with accounts regarding service trends
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide customer feedback and collaborate with internal team on ways to improve or implement better process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
