MARKETING COORDINATOR

Our range of services include: luxury custom homebuilder, commercial general contractor, commercial & residential brokerage, asset management and consulting.
We are a growing company and are seeking an eager and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team.
Job Description
- Assist with a variety of corporate marketing communications materials including brochures, presentations, flyers, signage, event invitations, promotional items, qualification packages, email campaigns, etc...inlcuding some design.
- Responsible for design and content for email marketing, company news, and social media across all companies consistent with brand guidelines.
- Sustains department records of previous design projects and archives photography/graphics. Backs-up and records projects digitally.
- Assist in personnel headshot photography, as well as project photography, and photo editing.
- Assist in updating and maintaining websites for all companies.
- Uphold visual integrity and brand identity standards across all marketing materials.
- Exhibit time management and organizational skills.
- Help research and curate information, photographs, illustrations for various project needs.
- Copywriting and proof reading as needed for all content to ensure correct grammar, style and consistent with brand message.
- Research current technology trends and printing production methods.
- Update and maintain all marketing databases in SmartSheets.
- Executing company events.
- Tracks campaign/website/social media performance, analyzes data, and reports results.
- Maintains merchandise inventory.
- Special projects and other functions as required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, such as Graphic Design
- Basic Graphic Design experience
- 1-3 years of related job experience.
- Design Portfolio is required
- Strong working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (CS5 or higher) including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
- A good eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Be able to work on several projects at a time, quickly and accurately.
- Self-starter who is able to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously as well as take direction as needed.
- Hard working, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Macintosh OSX operating systems.
- Drug Free (will be tested).
