Locker Room Attendant
Reporting Relationship: Executive Team/Golf Professional Staff/Clubhouse Manager

Basic Function: The Locker Room Attendant will take ownership of the overall appearance and functionality of the Men’s and Ladies’ Locker rooms.
Principal Duties:
- Ensure all Members/guests are greeted in a warm and sincere manner.
- Assist in overseeing the cleanliness of the Locker Rooms along with our housekeeping team, in order to maintain attractive Locker Rooms, succeeding in being appealing both visually and when concerning scent/aroma.
- Proactively plan the day ahead and use the Tee Sheet & Caddie Schedule to prepare yourself with the resources you have
- Clean shoes as Members enter/leave, as well as the shoes sitting in lockers.
- Develop relationships with Members by engaging and assisting as appropriate
- Have a working knowledge of operations rules and procedures (i.e. caddie policies, club rules etc).
- Alert a Supervisor if a new locker is needed by a Member.
- Fold and restock hand towels and shower towels, and present neatly.
- Restock all supplies and present neatly, including razors, sunscreen, mouthwash, etc.
- Promptly empty and replace all trash liners as necessary
- Communicate with the Golf Professional Staff to ensure the operation operates in an efficient manner.
- Perform any other tasks requested by Executive Management, the Club or the Owner.

- Good organizational skills and good verbal communication skills.

- Ability to provide and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently.
- Ability to use rational thinking to solve problems.
- Ability to perform moderate physical work; may be required to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 15 pounds constantly.
- Ability to perform activities such as bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting and grasping for up to five hours without sitting.
Educational, Development and Work-Related Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old, with high school education or equivalent experience.
- Thorough knowledge of golf and prior private country club experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be first-aid, defibrillator and CPR certified.
Working Conditions:
- Works primarily indoors within the Men’s and Ladies’ Locker Rooms.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
