This person would have a strong mechanical background and confident electrical skills with great attention to detail.
At least 2 years working with hydraulics, Motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, and assembly processes, proper alignment of parts, nuts, bolts, etc. Working with large steel machine beds and assemblies.
Must be able to read assembly drawings and retain knowledge (ie) take notes.
Proper knowledge of hand tools and digital multi meter is a must.
Must have organization skills and maintain a clean area.
Must be able to multi task on many levels, start and stop on jobs until parts and pieces come in without forgetting where you left off.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, with the ability to squat, kneel, and stand for up to 10 hours a day.
Knowledge of a forklift, we are moving frames, assembled parts, and pallets around on a daily basis.
Must have a good sense of time management to obtain tight deadlines and work OT if needed.
