You’ll work proactively, ensuring our customers get the best from our product. Monitoring customer usage and health metrics, you’ll identify potential churn risks and strategize on ways to eliminate them.
Your eyes will be on the prize, focusing on customer retention and renewals to prevent churn. You’ll also sniff out opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, expanding our reach and theirs.
Last but not least, you’ll be our customer’s voice within the company. You’ll collect valuable feedback and work with our product teams to evolve and improve our offerings. Because at the end of the day, we’re all about the customer.
