Why ADCI?
ADCI is a growing, mid-size firm that offers the best of both worlds — the variety of responsibilities you could expect from a smaller company, combined with the collaborative learning and advancement opportunities you could expect at a larger one. We are a team of 50+ creative professionals that values work-life balance. We offer flex time that allows employees to fit the bulk of their working hours around other life obligations, and a comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes peace of mind. Our employees also enjoy Friday afternoons off, which is a great way to make the most of our headquarters office’s prime location in Wisconsin Dells.
“I have found ADCI to be a place for both professional development and personal growth. Come join our family!” — Harry P., specification writer
Why Wisconsin Dells?
Wisconsin Dells and the neighboring communities are home to some of the most picturesque landscapes the Midwest has to offer. Whether it’s river kayak trips or downhill skiing, live entertainment or distillery tours, the Dells area is a popular tourist destination with far more to offer than its population size would suggest. Our headquarters office is surrounded by more than 100 restaurants, three state parks, two ski resorts, five lakes, six theaters, four wineries and plenty of shopping. We’re also less than an hour away from the state capital of Madison, WI!
Why you?
You’re smart, genuine and excited about honing your skills. You believe in the success of the team over the success of an individual. You see the beauty in efficient, functional design. If that sounds about right, we want you here!
