Don't even call unless you are an overachiever and you can prove it. Come build an empire within our fine, progressive company. We are in the consulting industry, but we don't hire backgrounds. We hire top producers. If you're average, you can earn $50K with us. If you are a star, you can earn $300K plus. Young or old, if you have the stuff, we'll know.
Client Relations Specialist:
You will be the frontier of our business, the men and ladies making a true impact.
Every day, Monday - Friday you will contact companies from our list of industries we’re helping, every day you track and input your calls and sales.
You'll be reaching out to North Amercian Companies of all sizes. Our main target audience is Medium to Large North Amercian Companies. We are open to smaller companies, - if they fit our criteria we won't push them away.
As of writing this, there are 1.3 million companies in Canada, and 33.3 million in the States. You will not run out of Leads.
*This is an OutBound Sales Position, meaning it's purley commission. There is room for growth, and high commission*
Responsibilities:
1. Strong Communication Skills: You should be articulate, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
2. Persistence and Resilience: Cold calling can be tough, so resilience in the face of rejection is crucial. You should be able to bounce back quickly and keep pushing forward.
3. Self-Motivation and Drive: Since you'll be building your own lead list, you need to be self-starters who can set and achieve your own goals without constant supervision.
4. Negotiation Skills: Adept at finding win-win solutions and navigating through objections to close deals effectively.
5. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize your leads efficiently, keeping track of interactions and follow-ups.
6. Product/Service Knowledge*: Deep understanding of the service you’re selling so you can effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
7. Empathy and Customer Focus: You should genuinely care about solving the customer's problems and providing value, rather than just making a sale.
8. Continuous Learner: Sales techniques and markets evolve, so you should be eager to learn and adapt to new strategies and industry trends.
9. Team Player: While you'll be responsible for their own leads, you should also be willing to collaborate with other team members and share insights and best practices.
10. Positive Attitude: A positive mindset can be contagious and can help maintain motivation even during challenging times.
11. Goal-Oriented: you should have clear, measurable goals and be driven to exceed them consistently.
Pay:
- Commission Pay: 20%
- Performance Package: Hit specific client acquisition targets your commission for your next month will go up to 30% on each client you obtain that 'next' month

We’re a start-up; building up our sales team to grow and expand and share wealth with fierce and hungry people. We have a plan on selling in 4 years, each salesperson will get a % of the selling price for growing our company.
There is a lot of unfed companies going under that need saving. That’s where we come in, to turn around companies, and grow mature companies that are flatlining or just want growth.
Sales is fun, hard and very rewarding. Our pricing structure is different for each level and growth of our client’s business. Stating that, this open position is an Outbound Sales job; meaning you’re responsible for finding your own leads. Again, compared to other sales jobs nothing will compare to this sales position. You may think 20% isn’t a lot but if you get a client that had $10,000,000 revenue in 2023 and our service fee is $60,000 for the 1st month of the partnership, your collectors fee is $12,000.
