Serve as an enthusiastic and innovative front desk professional for an award winning Medical Spa in Darien, Connecticut. As the first point of contact, express a confident and welcoming response to callers on the telephone. Interact with clients upon arrival and departure to ensure a meaningful beginning to end experience. Once trained, use knowledge of products and services to drive client participation in the latest beauty, health and wellness programs.
- Answer telephones, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, manage incoming and outgoing emails and text messages
- Answer telephone in a cheerful, cordial manner to provide a positive first impression of the medical spa
- Accurately obtain caller’s information with complete information regarding client’s desire for services, availability for appointment times, and how the caller heard about the spa.
- Coordinate the daily flow of appointments, cancellations and follow ups
- Maintain a polished, professional image
- After completion of training, respond to clients regarding the spa service menu, available products, treatment programs and memberships
- Using knowledge gained in training, upsell clients on procedures and services that may be of interest to the client
- Schedule appointments and confirm client services using computer software
- Manage scheduling in a way that accommodates Aesthetician availability
- Disseminate messages in an accurate and timely manner; ensure transferred phone calls and/or messages are connected with the correct staff member
- Greet clients in a cheerful and cordial manner when they arrive to help them feel welcome
- Assist Providers with room setup and cleaning

Work Experience Needed
- Minimum of two years success working in a client-facing administrative role in a medical spa, medical facility, retail store, salon, customer service role, or other similar environment where building trust and loyalty are critical for success.
