Position: Regional Manager
Objective:
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, management, and employees of multiple parks within the designated region assigned. The primary goal is to ensure that each location within its jurisdiction runs efficiently and delivers exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities also include supervising Park Management and park employees’ performance and daily work activities. The Regional Manager may be the initial contact when visiting locations for customers. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that employees or guests may have while visiting Kids Empire.
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise and provide guidance to individual location managers/supervisors or employees.
- Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of multiple parks within the region.
- Conduct regular visits to assess performance and address operational issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Foster effective communication channels between stores and the corporate office.
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Train Park management on all Manager Binder procedures/material and tools provided by the company.
- Implement and enforce best practices for customer service, maintenance, food service, and other operational areas.
- Manage and conduct park assessments for all assigned locations.
- Conduct interviews and hire staff when needed at the assigned parks.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Disciplining employees as necessary.
- Prepare and audit employees’ schedules.
- Oversee the timekeeping system.
- Approve time off for Park Management.
- Ensure all parks follow check-in procedures and liability waiver process.
- Manage communication and requests with third-party vendors.
- Ensure proper maintenance of rides and facilities meeting safety standards.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
