Position: Program Clinician - Adolescent School Program (Middle & High School Programs)
As a Program Clinician at NEARI, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our program's culture and climate. We're seeking a dedicated professional with a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field. Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and group counseling services to students
- Planning and facilitating social emotional groups
- Supervising a small team of case managers
- Collaborating with other managers
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss programming, treatment, behavior management, and case formulation
- Developing IEPs, writing quarterly reports, and assisting in referrals and intakes
Sophisticated knowledge of complex developmental trauma, emphasizing a relational approach, is essential. You should also be comfortable working with children who have diverse diagnostic profiles, including (but not limited to) attachment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and specific learning disabilities.
