DaBella is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to help oversee our daily operations within our accounting department.

Responsibilities:
- Assess current practices/procedures while complying with local, state, and federal government requirements
- Following up on remaining open balance issues and ensuring items are resolved within a set amount of time – ensuring communication between other departments on account issues
- Oversee completion of payment plan customer accounts and closing deposits daily in our system - Bank Reconciliations
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing training, and maintain strong employee relationships
- Developing and adjusting standard operating procedures as company expansion continues across the United States
- Ensure all deadlines are meant in terms on month-end and year-end procedures to confirm company deadlines are complete according to timeline
Education/Experience:
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 2+ year of proven management/leadership experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrable ability to actively listen and present abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication of achieving results

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
