**Job Summary:**
The Executive Assistant supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in managing business-related tasks such as creating reports, managing travel and daily calendars, taking meeting notes and other organizational tasks. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to quickly solve problems. As direct support to upper-level management this individual will need to be able to identify and address the needs of the CEO to ensure that the organization’s workflow runs smoothly. As this role directly supports the organization's CEO, weekend and evening flexibility will be necessary.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinates daily calendars of CEO.
- Plans appointments and events.
- Acts as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
- Creates regular reports and updates internal databases.
- Makes travel arrangements.
- Manages phone calls and emails.
- Responds promptly to managers' inquiries.
- Facilitates internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations).
- Takes meeting minutes and coordinates Board meeting schedules and prepares agendas prior to meetings.
- Operates a variety of office equipment, including computers and associated software.
- Assists with preparing PowerPoints and handouts for CEO presentations.
- Assists in planning, organizing, and executing company events as assigned
- Researches and analyzes data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Files and retrieves corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Reads and analyzes incoming memos and submissions and distributes them as needed.
- Provides executive level administrative support.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Preferred experience with nonprofit agencies.
- Preferred experience with reentry population.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

Work Environment:
Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Job tasks are performed in close physical proximity to other people. Travel to multiple sites.

Must possess a valid state driver’s license and insurance maintained throughout employment.

Pay: $58,282.00 - $65,000.00 per year
