The Opportunity
Roofing Salespeople Needed in Dallas!!
Firefighter Roofing currently has more leads than we can handle – and with significant capital committed to expanding our marketing efforts, we only expect this demand to grow! We enjoy an industry-leading reputation and are fortunate to have an incredible team of tenured sales reps who rarely leave. We are actively looking to expand this team to capitalize on our well-established lead pipeline. New sales team members enjoy competitive commissions ($125k to $200k on target earnings), a base salary, and a company truck. We provide four weeks of training, mentorship, and all the tools needed to be successful. This is a sales role, not a production role; unlike other roofing sales jobs, you won’t be required to manage the roof installation!
Responsibilities
1. Convert company leads to signed customers.
2. Identify and contact potential customers in need of roofing services.
3. Manage and nurture customer relationships.
4. Document all activities in the company CRM.
Qualifications
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record (preferred but not required).
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. High motivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
5. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
