Responsibilities:
Moore Mechanical is seeking candidates who are high-energy and ready to work hard! This Junior Project Manager will handle a large scale of projects and technicians. This Junior Project Manager will provide overall management direction to project(s), establish project(s) objectives and policies, maintain liaison with customers, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and direct the activity of on-site technicians. The essential job duties of this position include:
- Assist senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charter, scope, and requirements documentation
- Facilitate project team meetings and communication, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that they are assigned and used efficiently
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate to senior management where necessary

Job requirements
- Journeyman Plumber or HVAC Experience preferred
- Understanding of construction, plumbing, HVAC, and project management
- Strong computer software skills
- Strong analytical and conflict management skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Skilled at establishing and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with multiple projects and priorities
- A self-motivated individual, able to multi-task without much supervision
- Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Demonstrate integrity
- Someone who can help champion the company culture
- Strong interest in personal growth and development
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
