The Manager, Payment Operations is responsible for understanding and implementing data founded solutions to help achieve Celero’s 7 objectives. The Manager, Payment Operations will mentor and cross-train best practices and structures cross functionally. Responsibilities
- Maintain residuals/commissions processes across multiple legacy platforms.
- Enhance data offerings to other operational team environments.
- Leverage payment structure knowledge to target revenue enhancements.
- Mentor and cross-train best practices and structures cross functionally.
- Innovate to solve enterprise-wide problems.
- Become the knowledge source of existing platforms to convert legacy to preferred and convert acquired to preferred systems.
- Analyze internal and external trends to look for iterative improvements to existing processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Requirements
- 4+ years previous professional experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to navigate ambiguity, while exploring innovative solutions and driving business impact
- Understand or willing to learn Microsoft Azure data suite.
