This is a full-time Mechanical Technician. The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. The Mechanical Technician will work on mechanical and electrical systems on parking facilities. The Mechanical Technician will perform repairs, installations, and maintenance services.
· Gate and park operator
· Perform maintenance and light repairs
· Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
· Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting
· Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance and Repair
· Experience with hydraulic systems
· Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
· Undertake light installation or carpentry.
· Repair equipment or appliances
· Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs.
· Identify and report the need for major repairs.
· Good communication ability
· Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
· Attention to detail
· Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field would be a bonus
· Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
· Good driving record (Required)
