We are a full-service pharmacy specializing in compounds and pharmaceutical grade supplements. The Pharmacy Lab position involves compounding (making) a variety of creams, capsules, suspensions, and more. Our compounding lab is known for producing high quality, specialized medications for individual patients. We maintain high standards, and the owner/pharmacy manager will train and oversee new employees to ensure competency and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
Job Description
- Process compounds and ensure all information is complete and accurate
- Utilize machines/equipment to make capsules, creams, troches, suspensions, suppositories, etc.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for the task at hand
- Ensure process of compounding is clean and work area organized (To avoid cross-contamination of products)
- Order, stock, and monitor inventory
- Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers
- Resolve issues when they arise, providing excellent customer service with a sense of urgency
- Comply with all legal requirements and quality and safety standards
- Maintain patient privacy according to HIPAA laws
- This is a physical, on your feet all day job

Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 18 years of Age
- Ability to be on your feet and working with your hands/upper body for an 8 to 10 hour shift
- Pharmacy Technician Certification required within 18 months of hire date- Training Certificate program provided
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts during our operating hours 9a-7p Mon-Fri and 9a-6p Sat. Closed Sundays and 6 major Holidays! (Schedule posted 4 weeks in advance.)
Pay
- Starting at $23/hour- raises considered based on progress within the certification training program
