Job Summary
The People & Talent Coordinator – Compensation will support the Compensation Centers of Excellence (COE) within the People & Talent Division. This role will partner with key stakeholders across the department as well as operational leaders and staff to deliver a variety of services and solutions in support of the organization’s overall business objectives. This individual is responsible for administrative processes within the department that provides support across multiple systems.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead and support development and maintenance of Payfactors job description database and Peoplesoft job data. Serves as a subject matter expert for the process and complete multi step activities for the end-to-end process.
- Develop and maintain Compensation data within a variety of public-facing systems and platforms including Sharepoint, Service Now, and Taleo applicant tracking. Performs data audits, develops reports, and takes corrective action based on established procedures.
- Responsible for completing requests timely and accurately within the established service level agreement.
- Advise departmental stakeholders, associates, and other stakeholders on any questions that arise within area of responsibility. Build strong client focused partnerships with peers, leaders, and COEs to resolve issues, identify opportunity areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelors’ Degree with 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in HR or High School degree with 5 or more years of experience with 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in HR.
Personal Skills/Attributes/and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Peoplesoft, Outlook, and SharePoint desired.
- Experience working with Human Resource data systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working with highly confidential information.
- Strong prioritization skills and solid sense of accountability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across discipline and with various levels of the organization.
- Possess an innovative/thoughtful approach to problem solving.
