Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of assigned guest rooms
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish room supplies promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of bathrooms, including all fixtures
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
- Polish furniture and fixtures, paying attention to detail
- Dispose of trash and replace garbage bags as needed
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols
Experience:
- Preferred experience in hotel housekeeping or similar custodial roles
- Knowledge of effective industrial cleaning methods is advantageous
- Familiarity with housekeeping management software is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, displaying professionalism and warmth
