Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day operations, managing schedules and travel arrangements, maintaining organized filing systems, handling communications, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office Suite, GSuite, and QuickBooks, coupled with excellent organizational and time-management skills. A strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities is essential. Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is required.
