Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the intake process for employees requesting reasonable accommodations for medical and religious requests, ensuring a smooth and confidential experience
- Collaborates with HR and BU Managers/Leaders alike to gather pertinent information as part of the interactive process
- Facilitates communication between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team and other relevant stakeholders (ie. Ergo Team, BU Admin, etc)
- Partners closely with Reasonable Accommodation team as part of the interactive process to ensure seamless process
- Documents and maintains accurate, appropriate and timely case notes and status via Firm centralized systems - HRCM and AskHR - from conception to close
- Manages Reasonable Accommodations case distribution in Firm centralized system - AskHR
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR databases
- Assist in organizing company events and employee recognition programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Dayforce, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, SAP is a plus
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience with OSHA regulations is desirable
- Proficiency in strategic planning for human capital management
- Experience in social media management for HR purposes would be advantageous
