Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator for a Final Expense Life Insurance Agent. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales scheduling to include live tranfers, be proficient in using software like Microsoft Excel, and have a friendly personality who makes friends easily.
Duties:
- Manage and schedule sales appointments efficiently
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Make outbound phone calls and pre-qualify clients for services
- Verify payment information and update client records
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client flow
- Maintain scheduled appointments and organization of client contacts
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in using scheduling caendars and phone transfers
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to achieve goals and meet required expectations
