Chez Margaux is the first of its kind; offerings include an illustrious bar, a restaurant featuring modern-French cuisine, a lounge complemented with a Japanese-inspired menu, a caviar room, an after-dinner club, ‘Gaux Gaux’, a library, private dining spaces and much more.

We are offering world-class, full-time opportunities within the following departments. All roles require flexible scheduling and availability to work on weekdays, weeknights, weekends & holidays!
Front of House:
Servers, Bartenders, Sommeliers, Food Runners, Server Assistants, Maitre D’, Hosts, and Barbacks
(pay range for tipped employees will be minimum wage ($16) plus tips and a tip credit is taken when applicable, for hourly employees $16 - $20 per hour, based on position offered and other factors) *
Must be polished, professional, and have prior experience in fine dining, upscale restaurant settings.
Back of the House:
Prep Cooks, Garde Manger, Line Cooks, Pastry Cooks, and Porters
(pay range between $18 – $24 per hour, based on position offered and other factors) *
