Impact
As a Senior Director of Procurement, seated in Minneapolis, MN or Birmingham AL, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the source-to-pay function, developing and implementing strategies that are aligned with our strategic objectives in order to drive value. This role requires a deep understanding of sourcing best practices including rate, demand and specification levers, market trends, and the ability to build strong supplier relationships. You will lead a team of procurement professionals and will be expected to sustain a culture of inclusiveness, care, development, and respect.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role, developing culture, delivering cost savings and continuous improvements.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong expertise on sourcing methodologies, negotiation techniques and contract management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Experience in developing and implementing category strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
Proficiency in technology, specifically Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS), Workday VNDLY and industry standard bid optimization software.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the year, and to maintain a flexible work schedule around negotiations and sourcing events.

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City:
$138,129-$276,364
All other locations:
$115,214-$230,321
