We are currently looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken individual with good customer interaction. The primary function of this position is:
- To provide outstanding Customer Service while answering phones to assist our clients with scheduling appointments to provide service to their homes in a timely and efficient manner.
- To provide clients with follow up calls to make sure they were fully satisfied with the service provided. Work within our team to dispatch all service calls to technicians in an efficient manner.
- Significant phone work and client contact is involved.

Job Requirements:
- Follow the outline of company policies and procedures.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.
- Outgoing, professional, clean cut, aggressive, and drug-free.
- Participate in all required staff meetings and trainings.
- Help maintain and promote a high company moral, professional, and friendly work environment.
- All facets of office duties including keeping up with social media.
- Work hard, smart, independently and efficiently
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
