Role Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to excellence through effective customer engagement, fostering robust vendor relationships, and streamlining order fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Management of all emails, calls, & text inquiries.
- Management of all social media messages.
- Engage in clear and effective verbal and written communication with customers.
- Assist receiving shipments on large receiving days.
- Facilitate customer correspondence and resolve order fulfillment queries efficiently.
Requirements:
- Profound knowledge of electric bikes or powersport parts.
- Experience in e-commerce management.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Asana, Gmail, Ring Central, Slack, and Dropbox.
- At least 4 year of experience in the powersports industry (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role (required).
Training & Development:
Successful candidates will receive comprehensive hands-on training covering all operational aspects. Initial training will be full-time for the first two weeks of employment (9 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday).
Compensation:
- Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
