We are seeking a Call Center / Customer Outreach Coordinator to join our leading printing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and addressing inquiries related to our printing products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, satisfaction surveys, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Assist customers with placing orders, including providing product recommendations and price quotes.
- Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.
