Job Description:

Training and Learning
-
Participate in structured training programs in the areas of fabrication, paint, and final assembly.

Gain an understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures in each area of training.

Shadow experienced team members to learn best practices and hands-on skills.
-
Fabrication
-
Assist in the fabrication process including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials according to specifications.
-
Learn to operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
-
Perform quality checks to ensure components meet standards.
-
Paint
-
Learn the painting process including surface preparation, masking, and applying paint coatings.
-
Understand how to use painting equipment and tools properly.
-
Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of paints and chemicals.

Final Assembly
-
Assist in final assembly tasks, such as installing components and conducting final inspections.

Gain knowledge of assembly line operations and (Sub- assembly, Skid and Trailer assembly.)

Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Work closely with other departments to learn the ins and outs of the new products and processes.
-
Provide support to other team members as needed.

Compliance and Safety
-
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Reporting

Accurately record data, maintain logs such as WorkWise job entries and completes reports as required.

Specific Tasks for Position

Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, etc.

Transitioning between departments that full training assisting in needs that arise.

Obtaining job specifics per department.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
-
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
-
Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.
-
Knowledge of safety practices and protocol is preferred.
