Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and assessments.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and modify interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide training and support to staff working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral health techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
