As a toddler assistant teacher you will...
- typically work 6:45-3:45 (one-year-olds) or 7:30-4:30 (two-year-olds)
- interact and lovingly care for children under your care
- partner with parents to help and encourage each child
- communicate professionally with parents, children, and staff
Together with the lead teacher you will....
- provide a safe, secure, orderly yet stimulating environment
- implement Biblically-based curriculum based on the SD Early Learning Guidelines
We are interested in you if you have experience with children and have the following education...
- High school diploma or GED
- Hold or will attain certification in First Aid/CPR
Have the following physical abilities...
- Ability to supervise children by sight and sound and move around the room to assist children and supervise children with daily activities, social interaction, physical and emotional needs
- Able to lift young children and objects as needed up to 40 lbs
