The Cottages Assisted Living is looking for a full-time Accounting Clerk. The person in this position is responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department within the company.
The Cottages provides care for our senior population to help them live safely and independently in a small home-like setting. Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Record accounts payable transactions

Record accounts receivable transactions

Record and reconcile all company credit cards

Responsible for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Maintain filing

Responsible for related duties as required or assigned

Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained

Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments, as required
