Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient communication, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Process payments and invoices accurately
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized systems
- Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Excel
- Strong clerical skills including order entry and record keeping
- Previous experience as a Front desk agent in hotels, or real estate administrative roles is a plus
