Senior Management Analyst

A3 Consulting LLC is in need of a Senior Management Analyst to provide Executive level support to the office of the Chief Information Officer for our federal customer. The successful candidate must effectively communicate information and promote awareness and education about data and information management programs, projects, and services to internal and external parties.
In this job you will:
- Provide expert analytical and operational support to the CIO leadership, including support for IT strategic planning work.
- Manage adherence to office policies and practices.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, maintaining a calendar, filing and mail distribution, and operations of equipment such as copiers and scanners. for the CIO leadership. Anticipate and resolve any conflicts that arise.
- Manage correspondence quality and ensure high-quality reports and written material for the CIO leadership, checking content, format, data integrity, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Maintain, provide updates, and revise documents, including organizational lists.
- Manage executive correspondence control and ensure incoming correspondence is logged and tracked, and replies are timely, accurate, and complete.
- Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested by the CIO leadership.
- Manage the OCIO official files system (electronic and hard copy) for the CIO leadership.
- Provide support for weekly CIO staff meetings and prepare meeting minutes for meetings chaired by the CIO leadership.
- Plan, analyze, design, develop, implement, and manage communications strategies, plans, products, tools, and services for customers.
- Support customers in planning and implementing targeted and specific communications and outreach activities to support data and information programs and project functions, activities, or events.
- Coordinate and facilitate targeted communication and training activities, such as Design Thinking sessions that employ high-engagement models with staff to promote rapid design initiatives.
- Support the development of progress, accomplishments, and similar reporting tools to communicate program plans, activities, or performance.
- Support the communications activities associated with meetings (routine and periodic) and conferences, including support for logistical arrangements, registration desk support, audio-visual arrangements, telecommunications support, identification of potential sites and provision of information for selection of sites, and development of information products, both virtual and onsite, as required.
- Research and evaluate the best communication methods with customers and stakeholders, including Web 2.0 tools and technologies.
- Perform organizational analyses and advise and assist organizations in evaluating and re-structuring organizational components and human resources investments and programs to attain optimal benefit from resources and assets.
- Provide organizational assessment and planning support, including skill assessments; design and implementation of skills development programs; analysis of skills development tools; selection, acquisition, and implementation support for such tools; and related activities supporting organizational and workforce development.
- Plan, analyze, design, develop, implement, and manage change management activities in support of recommendations for business transformation arising from organizational development, EA, and other activities.
- Develop recommendations for optimization of organizational policy, processes, and procedures, including opportunities to apply Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and low code platforms to increase staff efficiency and reduce the burden of low-value, paper-based, and manual activities.
Qualifications for the role:
- BA/BS degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Eight (8) years of experience in functional and systems analysis, with four (4) years of requirements analysis in a specialized IT area(s), e.g., Operations Analysis, T&E/IV&V, CM, QA, Technical
- Documentation, Information Security, Financial Management and Administration, Program Support.
- Ability to interact well with people, including welcoming external guests.
Salary Range:
- The salary range for this position is $90,000- $100,000, commensurate with experience and achievement.
