Position Summary:
This full-time role requires deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementation and support in client-facing roles, along with strong configuration and administration skills in SuccessFactors.
Requirement:
- Looking for an SAP SuccessFactor Architect with 10+ years of experience
- Certified in SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with Data Model XML.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Employee Files, and RBP settings.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors admin tasks, including workflows and permissions management.
- Familiarity with Onboarding 2.0, Offboarding, and Cross boarding.
- Exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as ORD and People Analytics.
- Experience with Integration Centre and SFTP.
