Responsible for providing administrative support to the Head Department, undertaking specific duties in payroll, banking, customer service, and accounts receivable.
1. Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
2. Process invoices and payments
3. Process checks as needed for reimbursement in a timely manner
4. Prepare Payments for signature
5. Liaise with other departments, customers, vendors.
6. Responsible for data entry.
7. Answer all calls/questions in a timely manner making adjustment/corrections.
8. Calculates and reconciles gratuities payable for payroll each payroll period; reports from billing software and payroll processor.
9. Post all financial transactions in billing software for the Clubhouse
10. Provide payoff amounts to escrow for HOA dues & loans
11. Assists Accounting Head Department in any and all Accounting Department procedures.
12. Ability to analyze and have a better overall understanding of the financials
13.Process workmen’s comp online through Preferred Payroll each pay period
15. Collaborate with Accounting Manager by processing all aspects of payroll functions i.e., employee deduction; bi-weekly employee pay; wage garnishments; etc
16. Responsible for processing of all Golf Memberships
17. All other duties assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
