*Position Overview*: Project Manager
At MEGA LED Technology, our Project Managers are integral to our nationwide success, overseeing each signage project from inception to final installation. As a Project Manager, you will drive project timelines, manage customer and internal relationships, and ensure projects stay within budget. Your role involves comprehensive oversight of all signage project aspects, including scheduling site surveys, scheduling permit procurement, change order processing, and client expectation management. Additionally, you will be responsible for overall project scheduling, budget and cost management, and meeting challenging deadlines.
Successful candidates will possess strong organizational and time management skills, confidence, and negotiation skills to address issues professionally. Attention to detail is essential for accurate project management and customer invoicing. Project management experience in the signage or construction field is highly desirable.
We seek a dynamic and proactive individual who excels in managing project details. You will collaborate closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success, serving as a key liaison between high-end clients and upper management.
Job Duties:
* Obtain installation quotes from existing or new vendors.
* Coordinate with clients and the installation team for seamless product delivery and installation.
* Provide regular project updates to clients and address any questions or concerns.
* Track and assist in resolving project-related issues and mitigating risks.
* Thoroughly review design sheets to identify and communicate any changes during the pre-project phase.
* Assist in post-project reviews and documentation to capture lessons learned and best practices.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, questions, and updates from clients.
* Schedule and manage site surveys, ensuring compliance with all permit and code requirements.
* Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor performance.
* Process change orders and ensure timely follow-up on art drawings.
* Maintain overall client schedule, budget, and cost management.
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Confidence and negotiation skills for professional issue resolution.
* Attention to detail for accurate project and invoice management.
* Experience in project management within the signage or construction field.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
