Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect necessary payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Present treatment plans and make financial arrangements
- Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Process E-claims for patient billing
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft dental software is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with patients and staff members
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
-Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar front desk role
