As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting physicians/providers with patient care, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of attention and support. Your responsibilities will include rooming patients, managing appointments and charts, and performing various administrative tasks vital to the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: You will engage directly with patients and their families, explaining care procedures and ensuring they feel supported throughout their visit.
- Administrative Duties: Managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and maintaining organizational efficiency are integral aspects of your role.
- Environmental Support: Setting up instruments and equipment according to protocol ensures that our clinical environment is prepared for optimal patient care.
- Other Organizational Duties: Upholding patient autonomy, confidentiality, and dignity is fundamental to our practice's values.
- Chaperone Duties: You may also assist or perform chaperone duties during medical procedures, contributing to patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduation from an accredited medical assistant certificate program is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of private practice medical assistant experience preferred in primary care or specialist offices.
- Licensure: Medical Assisting Certification is preferred.
- Special Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills are required. Proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office applications is necessary. Bilingualism is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Physical Demands: Compliance with vaccination requirements and ability to complete tasks promptly are essential.
