General Manager- Stormwater CIPP Lining position will be based out of Central to South Florida
Responsibilities
Shenandoah is looking to fill the position of General Manager-CIPP Division to direct and manage all CIPP division operations. The candidate will have the technical, field and customer relations skills needed that will be used to drive the division forward. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for all budgeting, P&L, personnel management, expanding the division throughout the SE portion of the US, all while promoting the Shenandoah brand. Looking for a dynamic individual who can build our customer base by networking and possessing both the technical and people skills to build business and grow the Stormwater division. This person will be a self starter who can work independently and has a background in CIPP and Storm water operations. Underground utilities and Pipe lining experience required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree is desired but not necessary if candidate can show solid industry experience
- Strong management skills
- Ability to build and lead positive team(s)
- Ability to network and seek out new sources of revenue
- Must be a "Team Player" with a CAN-DO attitude
- Candidate will be required to become proficient in operating Job management and Job tracking systems
Strong CIPP lining operations experience required
In depth knowledge in Large diameter storm water system lining is required
