Utah Radon Services is quickly expanding and we need more full-time assistant installers. No experience necessary but any HVAC, plumbing, or similar service-related experience is helpful.
What does installing a radon system consist of? First, we train our employees on how to do all of this work so don't worry if you haven't done some of this before. We just need you to be handy and able to learn new things.
Essential Functions:
- Installation of radon mitigation systems including:
- Drilling into concrete/slab foundation
- Install mitigation materials; run pipes for ventilation and install fans
- Digging and/or excavation of materials on site
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Provide great customer service and satisfaction
- Demonstrate to customers how to use the equipment
- Ensure job-site areas are clean and free of any leftover debris before leaving the site
It is very possible to earn $25 to $30+ per hr. within first 6-12 months for the right people who want to get certified (we pay for this training/testing) and become an installer running their own crew (Mercedes Sprinter Van that we provide including all tools).

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle to get to work
- Able to pass a background check
- Perform the physical demands of the position: working in indoor and outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow); climbing ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching; able to routinely lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds, and pushing and pulling of objects.
