What will you do in this part-time office administrator position?
- As an office administrator, assist with order-entry, monitoring status of orders, and processing customer contracts in our state-of-the art ERP System.
- Assist the sales manager to successfully sell our products and services to customers.
- Complete various administrative functions including follow-up on internet leads, data-entry, enter cemetery permits, and send letter correspondence.
- Follow-up with customers to answer questions, recommend products and finalize orders.
- Assist customers and arrange payment terms in accordance with established company guidelines.
- Conduct cemetery lot checks identifying granite to be matched and/or inscriptions, take photos, etc.
- Work with area funeral directors and their staff on various customer orders.
- General office duties such as filing, phones, customer service, and assisting with maintaining cleanliness of the showroom, etc.
- The office administrator will average 24 hours a week (working Tuesdays and Thursdays) including Saturdays 9am – 1pm
What are we looking for?
- Office administrative background required.
- Previous sales experience helpful.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must have Saturday availability.
- Can provide superior customer service.
- Attention to detail and precision in completing work tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Solid computer skills including Outlook (previous ERP/SAP experience helpful).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
