Our Newest Opportunity:
The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst duties include serving as a lead to the Sales Compensation analyst team, spearheading departmental reporting, providing feedback on compensation trends and system data, and resolving of complex finance inquiries.
Job Duties:

Support production of monthly producer compensation process;

Perform compensation trend analyses and communicate findings to Finance leadership;

Audit system data to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation tools and metrics;

Validate monthly commission data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency;
-
Implement new acquisitions as it relates to producer compensation;
-
Research and resolve complex producer compensation inquiries;
-
Resolve complex and / or escalated finance operations inquiries;
-
Provide policy and procedure guidance to the sales force;
-
Responsible for the Financial Operations month-end close;
-
Provide guidance to junior team members;
-
Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Accounting;

Ad hoc reporting and analysis;
-
Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or business-related fields
-
Minimum of 2 – 3 years sales compensation or financial analysis experience
-
Strong mathematical and analytical skills for monitoring commission data and resolving commission issues
-
Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems is required
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate or link together
-
Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written with various levels of organization
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
