The Ophthalmic Medical Assistant is responsible for processing medical requests for our Ophthalmic patients inclusive of triaging patient calls and provide appropriate resolution for patient needs under the direction of the Physician, prescription refills, Physician referrals, prior authorization requests, scribing duties and assist with patient care needs as directed.
Skills: Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA)or Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) Preferred
