Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in customer service or a medical office setting is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
