Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Present and promote products or services to potential clients
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve targets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Utilize telemarketing software efficiently
Skills:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus
- Ability to engage in business development activities
- Proficient in negotiating and closing deals
- Experience in inside sales or outbound calling
- Excellent verbal communication skills
