Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our executives and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. Duties: - Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence - Handle incoming and outgoing communications - Maintain office files and records - Assist in event planning and coordination - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and filing Requirements: - Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of project coordination tools like DocuSign - Familiarity with Google Suite for document management - Experience with phone systems and handling calls professionally - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience in event planning or coordination - Familiarity with file management systems This is a paid position with competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.
