We are a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in providing comprehensive IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. We are seeking a customer-focused and results-oriented client success manager to join our team and cultivate long-term relationships with our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring fluid communication with our technical staff for the client's IT needs.
· Service Delivery: Ensure seamless delivery of our MSP services, proactively addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
· Client Satisfaction: Continuously assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
· Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships by upselling additional services or cross-selling complementary solutions.
· Account Growth: Develop and execute account growth plans to increase revenue and profitability from assigned clients.
· Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct regular QBRs to review service performance, address any concerns, and discuss future IT initiatives.
· Contract Renewals: Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring client retention and minimizing churn.
· Client Advocacy: Advocate for client needs internally, working collaboratively with technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Qualifications:
· Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in account management or customer success roles, preferably within the technology or MSP industry.
· Client-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport, trust, and long-term relationships with clients.
· Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and other relevant technologies.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
· Problem Solver: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
· Results-Driven: Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and client retention.
