Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operational excellence of our dining establishment. The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of all facets of the restaurant, including staff management, cost control, adherence to cleanliness and safety standards, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Bilingual - Spanish and English
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Ensure high-quality food production and service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and maintain company policies and standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient food preparation
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel management
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in shift management and scheduling
